  • What is the cost of Membership?

    Membership Fee:

    • $1,000 for a patient 2 years or older
    • $500 for a patient younger than 2 years old
    • The maximum cost for a family on an annual basis is $2,500
  • What is included in a Membership?
    • Integrative Style of Medicine
    • Dr. Gabriel as your Primary Care Physician
    • Reduced Wait Times for Office & Sick Visits
    • Education & Tips for Healthier Living
    • On-site Specialists will host complimentary classes at the Office: includes Physical & Occupational Therapists as well as Parenting Coaches
    • Member - Exclusive, password protected blog with content from Dr. Gabriel
    • Supplement recommendations with special discounts via Fullscript and addtional medication discounts at Delco Pharmacy
    • Kendro Egias service discounts

    The non-refundable membership fee will be divided into two semi-annual payments.  After each six month period pateints aer able to opt-out of the membership program.  However, because of the membership cap, opting back in is not immediately guaranteed.

  • Would medications, lab work and/or vaccines be covered by an out-of-network provider?

    The changes to GPM Integrative do not affect any of these areas.  Individuals will still be able to use insurance for medications and bloodwork.


    This is largely true for vaccinations as well.  The exceptions are for patients who receive their vaccines through the Vaccines for Children Program.  In order to use their insurance plan for vaccinations, those patients will see one of GPM's other providers.

  • Where and when will Dr. Gabriel work?

    Dr. Gabriel will be solely working out of the GPM Pediatrics' Brooklyn location.


    Dr. Gabriel's Hours:

    • 9am - 5pm, Monday - Wednesday
    • 1pm - 5pm, Thursday
    • 9am - 3pm on select Saturdays
  • What happens if you need to contact Dr. Gabriel, or there is an emergency?

    Calls go through to Dr. Gabriel during his working hours.  After hours, Dr. Gabriel will be on a call rotation with GPM's five other providers.  In the case of an emergency call 911.

  • Can I see other GPM Providers for sick visits?

    Current members of GPM, who become members of GPM Integrative, will be able to see the other GPM providers for sick visits.  For those visits, patients will be able to use their insurance providers. Patients who join GPM Integrative, who are not current members of the practice, will not be able to see any of the other other GPM providers.

  • For sick visits, how are they priced? Are they timed?

    There is a formula that determines how a sick visit gets billed.  It is not solely based on time, it factors in the complexity of the visit.  A more complex visit would be billed at a higher level.

  • What additional fees could be charged for sick visits?

    For sick visits, there may be additional fees for diagnostic tests such as strep test, flu test, COVID-19, nebulizer, spirometry, pre/post pulmonary function tests and the antibiotic shots: Bicillin and Rocephin.

  • Are newborn well visits included in the Membership fee?

    Outside of the initial newborn wellness visit at the 2-week visit, all additional well visits will cost $175

  • Do I have to pay for any additional tests during the annual wellness visit?

    No, during the wellness visit all tests are included within the membership fee.

  • How will it be assured that wait times will be reduced?

    GPM Integrative will limit the number of Memberships to ensure that Dr. Gabriel can cap his daily appointments.  This allows for a more efficient office experience with significantly reduced wait times and makes it much easier to secure same-day sick visits.  Time will be reserved for sick visit appointments.  Patients will need to call to reserve one of these spots, rather than walk-in

  • Will Path Patients be affected by the changes to GPM?

    No, the changes to GPM Pediatrics will not impact Dr. Gabriel's work and schedule at Path. 

  • Will GPM Integrative function the same as Path?

    While both centers will be underlied by integrative medicine, GPM Integrative will function as a general pediatric office, rather than having Path's emphais on in-depth bloodwork and testing.
